FINAL Vormator Character
The character I chose to make is a space monster who attacks any spacecraft that comes near it. It's a horrendous creature where it may seem friendly but its fangs tell a different story. It looks like it's already caught prey and is hanging on to it tight, let's hope the spacecraft escapes before it gets devoured whole.

Survive Or Thrive
Survive Or Thrive
Description:
The SDG I chose for my poster was Life on Land. My narrative starts with the betterment of what we can do to make life on land a good choice, either surviving or thriving, hence I chose a scale to represent what the future holds depending on which side you add. I wanted to portray the good and bad that the Earth currently has, with the left side of the scale being the industrialised part where everything is murky and dark with nuclear power plants and toxic waste; the right side is a thriving ecosystem where different flora and fauna are being protected and sustained in an eco-friendly way. With this, we can choose which side we want to be on, tipping to the left will be surviving in a toxic wasteland filled with smoke-covered air or tipping to the right, letting us thrive in an eco-friendly society with clear air. The choice is ours to make and we can do the right thing by tipping to the right, bit by bit, the pros will outweigh the cons which can lead to a more sustainable lifestyle for everybody that can end the factories and industries that want to destroy it.

REFLECTION
Experience
Personally, I really liked this class as it was fun and exciting to learn new things on a completely new program that I've always seen professionals use. I do need to practice more when it comes to making illustrations but that's why I'm in these classes, it's to improve my abilities for future use. I also quite like the teachers and students I had for this module as they were really nice to me and we were able to help one another when it came to what we needed when doing our work or what kind of advice there is for improvement. It's always so fun to work with people who are willing to do their all in making a change in their lives for the better and I liked how each student was determined to help one another and to make the best out of everything even if it was a stressful program.
Observation
Throughout the 14 weeks of this module, I was able to see different works from various artists that came from different centuries. I had quite a few friends who were willing to work me their own works which helped me feel inspired to work harder as well as helped me get over my own art block which I'm very thankful for. I can also say that I'm more meticulous when it comes to composition or design principles because that's what this module is all about. I am able to nitpick at certain designs or give my own opinion as I know some basics and fundamentals of this program.
Findings
With the 14 weeks I've spent in this module, I can see why a lot of people like using Adobe Illustrator as their main program to use when it comes to art. The vector art is unbeatable when it comes to quality as well as the fact that it's a universal product that utilises so many tools in so many ways. This program may be a hassle to use at the start but once I've gotten the hang of it, it was very easy to handle as well as work with.
