REFLECTION

Experience
Throughout the 14 weeks of this module, I learned a lot more about website creation and how to create a good website with reliable functions that everyone can use; the module itself is quite helpful in terms of wanting to get better at coding or for people who would want to get a head start in UI/UX. Some projects gave me a bit of stress and doubt because I couldn't figure out why some parts of my CSS didn't work the way I wanted it to or why my code didn't work at all. You need to be patient when creating websites; the diligent work put into each site makes it such a good website. Even though it was stressful, I was still able to have fun because of the Mr Sham being a good teacher as well as my friends being there to help me through my struggles

Observations
In the 14 weeks of observing, I can conclude that each website that each of my classmates produced is unique to what they want to showcase. Taking the final project as an example, we needed to choose an artist that we like and create a microsite for the said artist, each artist has their own likes and dislikes, everyone's website is already different at that point and continues to be different with each layout and colour palette being tied to the certain artists that were chosen.

Findings
What I found during my 14 weeks was that creating a website is much harder than it seems. Aside from the normal HTML coding, the CSS is what makes the website look officially complete. Using the different websites that specialise in helping you create a better website, I was able to find out even more functions and elements; things like responsive images, interactive grids and more can help boost my website from a good website to a great website.
